Working principle

The working principle of the vibrating screen is based on a unique three-dimensional rotational swinging motion, and its core is a special balancing transmission system. 
When the equipment is in operation, the transmission system drives the sieve body to produce a nearly horizontal and uniform circular oscillation. This stable force is transmitted to the entire sieve surface, causing the material not to be thrown up or vibrated violently on the sieve, but to be given a continuous spiral forward trajectory. 
During this process, the fine particles smaller than the sieve holes have ample opportunity to pass through the sieve and complete the separation under the combined effect of gravity and centrifugal force. At the same time, this gentle swinging motion can cause a slight stretching of the sieve, continuously cleaning the sieve holes and effectively preventing blockage. The coarse particles that fail to pass through the sieve are smoothly transported along the sieve surface to the edge and discharged.
